Schind SKA-90 is the most ideal machine for notching pipes with 9 different drum options ranging from Ø17mm to Ø90mm. Thanks to its movable vise feature, it provides the opportunity to easily clamp the pipe or profile. You can perform angle grinding up to 50°.
If your end of round shape tube will be welded perpendicularly of angled to another circular shape tube then you will need SKA-90 pipe notcher.
* Circular metal discharging feature vertically or up to 50 degrees, thanks to the roller that can be easily changed according to the desired pipe and profile diameter,
* Easy clamping and disassembly of pipes and profiles to be notched thanks to its linear moving vise,
* Pipe notching capacity before welding for the pipes up to 90mm (4″) diameter,
* When the cover on the machine is opened, grinding can be done on the sand belt to remove burrs or open welding gap.
